Welcome to GreenStreetGlobal ("GSG"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue your use of our services.

By using our services, you authorize GSG to explore opportunities for cost-savings, decarbonization, sustainability, and energy efficiency programming on your behalf. You grant GSG permission to engage in discussions with potential vendors, partners, incentive providers, grants, and other relevant third parties to explore and pursue such opportunities.

You also agree that GSG is entitled to seek rewards, incentives, or other financial benefits on your behalf, and you authorize GSG to act as your representative in these discussions. Additionally, you agree to a non-circumvention clause, whereby you will not bypass or engage with any third parties introduced by GSG for the purpose of securing any rewards, benefits, or opportunities without GSG’s involvement or consent. You may not directly engage any vendors that bring to the table.

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may share your information with third parties, such as vendors, partners, or service providers, solely for the purpose of exploring and implementing decarbonization opportunities.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not misuse our services, and any unauthorized use may result in termination of your access to the platform.

GSG reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities. Legal Fees: The losing party on any legal action related to the violation of any of these Terms of Service shall be responsible for all Attorney Fees, Court Fees and any related expenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services. GSG’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services. By agreeing to these terms of service, you agree to waive any and all claims against GSG for any damages or losses arising from your use of the services.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of GSG and its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GSG operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the same jurisdiction.

GSG reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The GSG Cost Savings Solutions program starts with no upfront cost to you. GSG and it's vendor team provide all of the financing to pay for all of the cost savings products and services and share in 65% of the overall cost savings for a period of 48 months. After that 48 month period of shared savings, 100% of the total savings achieved go to the client.  The one exception is with our water savings vendor who is paid their share for 7 years when they bring 100% financing for their services.

In order for GSG to get cost savings you are responsible for providing GSG with all utility bills, invoices and contracts at the start of the project and assigning a liaison to work with GSG on all information gathering, document management and site access coordination.
