Website information
This website explains GreenStreet Global and the AssetMax program. Estimates and illustrative examples are not guarantees of savings, financing approval, compliance or property value. Actual scope and results depend on the property and applicable agreements.
Inquiries and appointments
An accepted inquiry saves your submitted details for response. The Calendly booking calendar is live and can create a real appointment with Robert. Neither action accepts an AssetMax engagement, authorizes work or begins an audit.
AssetMax engagements
The applicable Client Terms, Engagement Letter and Shared Savings Agreement govern the commercial engagement and its obligations. Public summaries do not replace those documents. Compliance corrective work and filings are separately contracted.
Illustrative resources
The public sample report contains hypothetical structure and examples, not client results. Representative property photographs do not identify GreenStreet clients or projects. Photography credits and license links are available separately.
Private agreement links
GreenStreet may issue a private, property-specific link to review and electronically sign an approved engagement document. The free SpendVue assessment and findings meeting come first. If the client chooses to proceed, the Master Services Agreement and $5,000 advance precede the full AssetMax audit. Payment is confirmed through Stripe. Document submission instructions are provided separately; financial reports are not uploaded through the website.
