Before you decide
How long does the audit take?
The initial SpendVue assessment depends on receipt of usable Accounts Payable records and the agreed scope. If you proceed after the findings meeting, the full AssetMax audit follows the signed Master Services Agreement and $5,000 advance. The supplied letter allows up to three months for that full audit; GreenStreet confirms the schedule with you.
Do we have to replace our current vendors?
The review begins with your existing suppliers, contracts and operating requirements. Findings may support renegotiation, billing corrections or a supplier change, but recommendations are evaluated with you. Changes and building improvements require the applicable client approvals; requesting an audit does not authorize them.
How is financial information handled?
GreenStreet will confirm how to securely send records after the engagement is agreed. Please keep Accounts Payable reports, policies and other confidential records out of the public inquiry form.
Does requesting an audit commit us to an engagement?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation about your properties and priorities. It does not accept the engagement letter or client terms, authorize work or start an audit. Scope, responsibilities and commercial obligations are agreed separately before the audit begins.
