Before you decide
Does the audit require us to replace equipment?
No. The assessment identifies opportunities and the evidence needed to evaluate them. Recommendations can involve operations, controls, maintenance or replacement, depending on the property. Equipment changes and capital projects proceed only under the applicable client approvals, implementation scope and agreements.
Are building plans required at first contact?
No. You can inquire without plans, equipment schedules or utility paperwork. The initial audit uses Accounts Payable reports. Available building plans and equipment information are requested later for the Full AssetMax Audit; the checklist does not make unavailable plans an initial intake barrier.
Are projected savings guaranteed?
No. Estimates depend on property conditions, rates, operating patterns and the agreed scope. The formal Shared Savings Agreement establishes the baseline and verification method for implemented measures. Technical recommendations and financing must be evaluated for the specific property before proceeding.
